Even though the men were floating with the current now, instead of against it, travel became quite difficult for them. Why?
They would be a lot slower because they are traveling agianst the current and if they stopped they would float back and that would be dangerous for them.
Sebastian, your level of thought and effort here is unacceptable. Sabryna, your response does not make sense. The rest of you need to provide further explanation.
Because if the rapids came up their boats could get destroyed. Also the bad swimmers could get pinned under rocks,logs ect.Also it would be very hard to pull over. The could also get washed away.
They would go much slower.

ReplyDeleteIf they cant pull over for the night they would become vary tired and the men could not do their work.
ReplyDeleteBecause if they travel with the current, the waters can get fast and rough, so the people who could not swim would drown and the boats would break.
ReplyDeleteI think that they would become tired and if the people stopped they would maybe drown and some people can't swim and they would most likely die.
